The EQ Accelerator Practitioner Foundation Training gives you the methodology, interpretation skills, and practitioner strategies to deliver the EQ Accelerator with the precision the instrument was designed for. Led by Roger Pearman, the program covers the theoretical foundation of emotional intelligence, the psychometric design of the assessment, score interpretation across all four dimensions, and practical strategies for integrating EQ development into coaching and leadership work.
Upon completion, you become an authorized user and the EQ Accelerator is activated in your Pro Account.
