Covers formation subcategories, client-specific response styles including neutral, constrained, and extreme responses, and how to engage clients in discussions that uncover the context and meaning behind their results.

Part 3: Application and Feedback Techniques Bridging the gap between assessment data and client engagement. Covers structuring sessions to discuss subscale and formation results, integrating feedback into client growth strategies by connecting results to real-life experiences, and adapting insights for individual coaching, team development, and personal growth contexts.
